So this seems to be the solution with new sd cards create 2 new folders within the SD called DCIM and inside that 100 MEDIA. If that still dose not work then try copying an old video previously captured but the P3S then put the sd card in the drone. Hope this helps anyone in future with this problem.

The craft does not show up in the app so not too many options are available. The app is called DJIGO now and is setup differently than the instructions that you sent the link for. Thank you for sending that by the way, I had not thought that the program was involved in binding the controller to the craft. Phantom 3 Pro camera tilt dial not working. I know this has been asked before but I am still not able to get the tils dial to work. It worked for the first couple flights then after a firmware update if stopped working. I just updated to the newest firmware 1.06.00 and still not working. Everything else works as it should, just not the tild dial. If you can fly the flight, but the DJI Phantom 4 camera is not working correctly, it can be the most annoying problem you will face. When it comes to the camera, it can be a serious issue. You can handle some of the small problems if you learn some technical things. 2 - take off the gimble protection - there might be 2 parts. 3 - if asked to download the firmware - make sure you are connected to your wifi and not the phantom. 4 - when/if the firmware needed updating make sure that the remote and the phantom are turned on (gimble protector taken off - memory card in the camera)
